This page is an experiment (started Oct. 6, 2022) to see if I could post scans from the MUN Library DAI that I had downloaded from the DAI. DAI gives the option of downloading a small, medium or large item. The first two could not be read, so I downloaded the large, which was perfectly readable. It was 4.13 MB and on the dark side, ie, the soldier in the wedding picture was totally blacked out. I Photoshopped it to make it lighter, which worked fine as a Jpeg photo and was 1/4 the MBs. However, when I uploaded it to this site, I found that I could only read the headlines, not the regular print, even when I enlarged the page. The same holds true if I upload the original 4.13 MB image.
I am going to keep this page "out of navigation" while I mull over how to make this work for viewers. If I can't make it work, I may just continue to add pages here over time so that I can easily scroll down through them to see the headlines.
